Our Company Torchia-Holmes Real Estate Agency, LLC, formerly The Mike Torchia Real Estate Agency, deals with real estate sales of all sorts. We specialize in house sales, agricultural land sales, commercial sales, and real estate auctions.

The agency was formed January 2005 but is not new to the real estate industry. Mike Torchia has been in the real estate business since 1974 when he began with The Buddy Barker Agency. In 1980, Mike started his own real estate agency and during this time has sold thousands of pieces of property. At the end of June 2007 David Holmes purchased Mike's business as Mike retired.
